cCHANGE is touring Australia in March. Exciting events and people to meet. First up was the All About Woman 2017 event at Sydney Opera House, 5 March. Karen O´Brien gave a talk about “The Challenge of Change”.
The next day we continued to Melbourne to give a talk and workshop on “How to Successfully Adapt to Climate Change”. This event was organized by Climates, a supportive network among to empowering people in the Australia-Pacific region to address climate challenges.
Next up is a music festival! We are heading to Adelaide to contribute to the world music festival WOMAdelaide. During 10-13 March, this outdoor festival is featuring music, arts, dance, DJs & culinary delights from across the globe, will attract around 20,000 people per day. The program features up to 500 artists from around the world. Also included in the program is the Planet Talks environmental discussions series. Karen O´Brien will be participant in the talk about “Do Something” on March 12.
