cCHANGE and Tekna Klima are proud to host a rare chance to hear world-leading transformations experts Dr. Monica Sharma. Together with Professor Karen O’Brien, they explain how each one of us can lead sustainable and equitable changes. The seminar will explore the principles, templates, and tools we can use to turn our passion and purpose into measurable results, and how we can implement this into our work, whatever our role.

A sustainable society requires new ways of designing and implementing projects. To meet the goals of the Paris Agreement and meet global environmental targets, significant transformations are required. Many praise technology and innovation as the solution. These are indeed important, yet insufficient. What are we missing?

Drawing on decades of experience, Dr. Sharma and Prof. O’Brien will present a framework for unleashing the power and potential of individuals to create and manage sustainable societies.

Dr. Monica Sharma is a renowned leadership development practitioner and author of Radical Transformational Leadership: Strategic Action for Change Agents. She has more than 20 years of experience working as Director of Leadership and Capacity Building at the United Nations.

Professor Karen O’Brien is an internationally leading expert on transformations to sustainability. She is a Professor at the University of Oslo and co-founder of cCHANGE. She has been an IPCC lead author and joint Nobel Prize winner. Together they have more than 50 years of experience on transformation to sustainability and leading change.

The event will be in English and is free and open to all. Please register your attendance by 3rd September here.

Light refreshments will be available.
