Everyone, wherever they are, has the capacity to create change – to shift systems and cultures that are not contributing to the future we want to see. But we need to develop these skills.
Our new initiative, Ungt klimalederskap (or Young Climate Leadership) is designed to give young people new perspectives on change, climate and the role they can play in creating the changes they want to see in society.
Ungt klimalederskap is a two-day interactive workshop, connected to a 30-day change experiment. Participants will be closely followed by researchers, who will give them insights into how and why they matter more than they think for climate work. This free program is for 17-24 year olds who are engaged in climate issues. The course will be in Norwegian.
