Data Privacy Policy and Terms

cCHANGE AS collects some data in the course of running its business, for transacting with clients and employees, and for running cCHALLENGE rounds. This policy details the data we collect from cCHALLENGE participants and mailing list participants, why we collect it, and how we use it.

cCHALLENGE     (Se norsk under)

During the cCHALLENGE registration process cCHANGE collects:

  • your first and last names (can be a pseudonym)
  • profile photo (not necessarily of your face)
  • email address
  • phone number
  • user name
  • biographical information you choose to provide
  • challenge information you choose to provide

This enables us to set up a participant profile for you on the cCHALLENGE digital platform.

We also collect your name, email address and phone number to enable us to send you the Transformative Program.

In public rounds, your profile is displayed openly. This contains your first and last name, profile photo, biography and challenge information. Some rounds may be private, in which case your profile is only visible to other cCHALLENGE participants.

During the cCHALLENGE, we collect, monitor, and display posts (including text, video or images) you provide. We may also collect and display social media posts you write using the project hashtags.

We collect comments you make on other participants’ posts. These are only visible to other participants when they are logged in.

We may use your post content and name on social media to boost the impact of the cCHALLENGE while it is running. Please advise us if you do not wish us to do this.

The platform will close for posting one week after the cCHALLENGE ends. The platform will remain publicly visible indefinitely. The platforms are removed from the internet 1-2 times per year and a secure back-up taken of the data.

At the end of the cCHALLENGE we may send you a survey and analyze your responses and content, along with the other participants’, to give our clients insights into sustainability transformations and related themes. We may also use anonymised platform data for research purposes and to improve our service.

We may write to you after the cCHALLENGE for an update on your habits after the cCHALLENGE. We may also invite you to be part of the cCHALLENGE community. You can decide whether or not to consent to that invitation when you receive it.

We will treat your data with respect. We will not sell your data to third parties.

cCHANGE is founded on the values of oneness, integrity, and courage and reserves the right to remove content of a sexual, violent, discriminatory and/or inappropriate nature from our platforms or social media channels.

Please contact our Data Protection Officer should you wish to change or withdraw some content, obtain your content in a digital format, or delete all your personal data.

cCHANGE Mailing Lists

When you join our mailing lists, we collect and store the following data:

  • first and last name
  • email address
  • title (if relevant)
  • organisation (if relevant)
  • phone number
  • city
  • country
  • how we came in contact with you
  • when and how you gave consent to join our mailing list

We use some third party providers to help us manage our mailing list and customer relationships. These platforms retain details on your usage, including opens and clicks on emails, GDPR opt in information, among other things. These third-party provider platforms have assured us that their platforms are GDPR compliant.

We will always ask your consent to store your data and to send marketing content to you.

You can opt-out of our mailing lists at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email or by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

General

We may take photos at workshops, talks, and other events. We will store these in our system and may post them on social media. We will always ask permission first and will remove photographs immediately if requested.

Your data will only be accessed by members of the cCHANGE team to assist with customer relationship management. They are aware of the right to data protection offered by the GDPR and are coached by our Data Protection Officer.

We will treat your data with respect. We will not sell your data to third parties.

På Norsk: DATABEHANDLING OG PERSONVERN

cCHANGE AS vil samle inn data knyttet til sin virksomhet, i sin behandling av kunder og ansatte, og for å kunne gjennomføre cCHALLENGE-prosjekter. Følgene tekst gir en oversikt over databehandlingen knyttet til våre cCHALLENGE deltakere, årsaken til at dataene blir innhenget, og hvordan disse dataene vil bli benyttet.

cCHALLENGE

Under en cCHALLENGE-registrering samler cCHANGE AS inn følgende informasjon:
– Ditt fornavn og etternavn (kan også være pseudonym)
– Profilbilde (ikke nødvendig at dette er av ansiktet ditt)
– Epostadresse
– Telefonnummer (dersom du velger å oppgi dette)
– Brukernavn
– Biografisk informasjon (den du velger å oppgi)
– Informasjon knyttet til den utfordringen du oppgir

Dette gjør det mulig for oss å sette opp en deltakerprofil for deg på cCHALLENGEs digitale platform.

Vi samler også inn navn, epostadresse og telefonnummer for å gjøre det mulig for oss å sende deg det Transformative Programmet underveis i cCHALLENGE-prosjektet.

I en offentlig cCHALLENGE er profilen åpent tilgjengelig. Her vil ditt fulle navn, profilbilde, biografisk informasjon og utfordringen du velger være offentlig tilgjengelig. Noen cCHALLENGE-prosjekter vil være private, og her vil profilen din bare være tilgjengelig for andre cCHALLENGE-deltakere.

Underveis i en cCHALLENGE samler vi inn, overvåker og publiserer det innholdet du legger ut (inkludert tekst, video- eller bildemateriale). Vi kan også samle inn og publisere innhold du publiserer i sosiale medier ved bruk av prosjektets emneknagger.

Vi samler inn kommentarer du poster til andre deltakere. Disse vil bare være synlige for andre deltakere når de er logget inn.

Vi kan benytte navnet og innholdet ditt i sosiale medier for å fremme virkningen av cCHALLENGE-prosjektet når det pågår. Vi ber om at du gir beskjed dersom dette er noe du ikke ønsker publisert.

Plattformen stenges for publisering en uke etter at cCHALLENGE avsluttes. Plattformen vil forbli offentlig synlig på ubestemt tid.

Etter at cCHALLENGE-prosjektet er gjennomført, sender vi deg en undersøkelse og analyserer svarene og innholdet ditt i sammenheng med det vi mottar fra andre deltakere. Dette gjør vi for å kunne gi våre kunder innsikt i bærekraftig transformasjon og beslektede emner. Vi benytter også data i forskningsøyemed og for å forbedre tjenestene våre.

Vi kan skrive til deg etter at cCHALLENGE-prosjektet er avsluttet for en oppdatering om dine vaner etter cCHALLENGE.

Vi kan også invitere deg til å bli en del av vår cCHALLENGE community. Du bestemmer selv om du vil delta her når du mottar invitasjonen fra oss.

Vi lover å behandle dine data med respect, og vil ikke selge dataene dine til tredjepart.

cCHANGE er basert på verdiene enhet, integritet og mot og vi forbeholder oss retten til å fjerne innhold av seksuell, voldelig, diskriminerende og/eller upassende karakter.

Når du registrerer deg på våre e-postlister, samler og lagrer vi følgende data:

Vi benytter oss av en ekstern leverandør som hjelper oss å administrere våre e-postlister og kundeforhold. Disse plattformene tar vare på detaljer som gjelder deg, blant annet antall visninger og klikk på e-poster, samt GDPR informasjon. Vi er forsikret om at deres plattformer er GDPR-kompatible.

Vi vil alltid be om ditt samtykke til å lagre dataene dine og sende markedsføringsinnhold til deg.

Du kan når som helst melde deg av våre e-postlister ved å trykke på avmeldingsknappen nederst i e-posten eller ved å kontakte vår Data Protection Officer.

Generell

Vi kan ta bilder på workshops, foredrag og andre arrangementer. Bildene lagres i systemet vårt og kan legges ut på våre sosiale medier. Vi ber alltid om tillatelse før vi legger ut bilder av andre, og vil fjerne bilder umiddelbart dersom vi blir bedt om det.

Det er kun cCHANGE-teamet som har tilgang til dine data. De er klar over retten til databeskyttelse og GDPR, og alle i teamet veiledes av vår Data Protection Officer.

Vi behandler dine data med respekt. Vi selger ikke dine data til tredjeparter.
